Your journey begins with a visit to the traditional weekly market in Nikiti (market day only), where you can browse local products including honey, olive oil, wine, olives, herbs, fresh fruits, handmade sweets, and other regional specialties.
Next, we visit a local honey factory to discover the fascinating process of honey production. Sample a variety of premium Greek honey and explore a selection of natural products such as propolis, beeswax candles, cosmetics, and herbal oils.
Continuing through the beautiful countryside of Sithonia, we stop at a family-owned olive oil mill, where you can learn about traditional olive oil production and taste freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil.
Our route then leads to the picturesque mountain village of Parthenonas. Wander through its charming stone streets, admire its traditional Macedonian architecture, and enjoy spectacular panoramic views over Neos Marmaras, Porto Carras, and the Kassandra Peninsula.
The tour continues to the vibrant seaside town of Neos Marmaras, where you’ll have approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of free time to explore the marina, stroll through the village, browse local shops, or enjoy lunch at one of the traditional seaside tavernas.
Heading south, we visit the historic village of Toroni, home to one of the longest beaches in Sithonia and the ruins of an ancient fortress that reveal the area’s rich history.
Our next stop is Porto Koufo, the largest natural harbor in Greece and one of the largest in the Mediterranean. Here you’ll enjoy stunning views and learn about the harbor’s historical significance.
Before returning, we stop at the Panorama Viewpoint overlooking Kalamitsi and the majestic Mount Athos. Relax, take unforgettable photos, admire the surrounding landscape, and enjoy an optional refreshment at the nearby café before returning to your accommodation.
