1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the transport services provided by Halkidiki Transfers, including minivan, shuttle, private transfer, and private tour services.
By using our website or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The official language of this website is English, which shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
2. Transfers
We offer the following services:
Private Transfers to and from Thessaloniki Airport, ports, hotels, villas, and private residences. Prices are per vehicle. Drivers meet passengers at the agreed pickup point and transport them to the confirmed destination.
Custom Transfers (special routes, vehicle types, or multi-stop journeys) are available upon request and may be subject to additional terms and charges.
Shared Transfers are available on selected routes and dates. Prices are per person.
Tours & Private Excursions, priced per person, unless otherwise stated.
3. Reservations & Payments
Booking Process:
Reservations may be made via our website, contact form, or email. You must provide accurate information, including full name, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, and any special requirements (e.g., child seats).
Booking Confirmation:
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
Pricing & Payment:
Prices depend on distance, travel time, number of passengers, luggage, and any additional equipment or services.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card or cash, as indicated on the website.
4. Luggage
Each passenger may carry one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
Undeclared or excess luggage may be refused if vehicle capacity is exceeded.
The company is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage.
5. Children & Special Needs
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
A child seat is mandatory for children up to 5 years old and counts as one passenger seat.
Any special needs must be declared at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.
6. Changes & Cancellations
Changes:
Up to 2 changes made more than 24 hours before the transfer: free of charge, subject to availability.
Additional changes: €10 per change.
Changes within 24 hours before the transfer: €20.
Cancellations:
48 hours or more before the transfer: full refund.
Less than 48 hours before the transfer: no refund.
Force majeure cancellations may be fully refunded upon valid proof.
7. Waiting Time & No-Show
Airport pickups: 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing.
All other pickup points: 15 minutes of free waiting time.
After the free waiting period, an additional charge of €20 per 30 minutes applies.
Passengers must notify us promptly of any unexpected delay.
Failure to appear or provide correct pickup details will be considered a no-show and charged 50% of the booking amount.
8. Safety
All vehicles are fully licensed and insured.
Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving dangerously, may be refused service without refund.
Smoking, alcohol, and food are prohibited inside vehicles (except bottled water).
9. Liability & Jurisdiction
The company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, or events beyond our control.
Estimated travel times are not guaranteed.
If a confirmed transfer is not provided due to company fault, a full refund will be issued.
All disputes are governed by the laws of Greece and fall under the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
10. Copyright Notice
All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Halkidiki Transfers or its partners and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
11. Modifications to Terms
Halkidiki Transfers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
